A 1910 textile warehouse converted into a 4,500 square foot Wicker Park loft, with original Douglas fir beams, exposed red brick, and two walls of factory windows still intact. Industrial lighting, a freight elevator, and a polished concrete bar keep the space flexible enough for cocktail receptions, corporate dinners, or intimate weddings up to 170 guests.
